Located centrally in Perth, next to Swan River, this suburb is about as good as they come. You have the proximity to the CBD, but the advantage of a great neighbourhood of new developments.   

Everything is close in Lathlain. Victoria Park with pubs and restaurants, Belmont Forum, Pert CBD within a few minutes, Burswood’s  new stadium, and lots of roomy houses with garden access. Streets are decorated with leafy trees for nice walks, you will find great possibilities for families with children, and contemporary cafes and restaurants. If you chose to move to Lathlain you will always have lots of options on how to spend your free time. If you prefer you’re only a short trip away from the coast line, with hip areas such as Fremantle.
