The building’s façade has an industrial aesthetic achieved by using exposed structural grid elements and metal cladding. Incorporated into the façade, descending plants and greenery provide the perfect balance to the metal exterior, bringing the building to life and creating a unique lush outlook for the apartments.

With sleek interiors by We Are Huntly, Pace of Northcote features Whitewashed Oak floorboards that run throughout the kitchen and living space, with wool carpet in the bedrooms. Apartments have built-in or walk-in robes with mirrored sliding doors and adjustable shelving and drawers.
Design by Cera Stribley Architects, this residential project is contemporary, urban and sophisticated, but also timeless. All apartments have substantial balconies for enjoying outdoor living, dining and entertainment. These have a shutter system that can be opened to allow more light into the apartments and to show individual balconies, or closed to provide shelter and privacy.
