Where Passion Meets Investment. Master Planned Communities

For each investor, the feasibility study, which outlines the pros and cons of investment, can include livability. ie
1. I want to make this investment my Primary Place of Residence now (PPOR)
2. I want to retire / move to this investment in the future, and obtain as many tax benefits prior to this

For example, if you can see yourself settling into a master community that centers around a golf course in 10 years, you are better to invest now, obtain all possible deductions and transition to PPOR in the future.

This hold equally true if you want to live on the beach in the future, in the mountains, or any other specific passion.

We’ve been researching properties that fall into this category (some of our staff a avid golfers).

A small number of Grange Residence are becoming available later this month – they reside in a boutique gated community inside the famous Greg Norman designed golf course estate of Brookwater. We’ll be the first to make inquiries once they are available, and hope to be able to bring some early opportunities to our followers.

Grange has long been known as the most picturesque estate, know for its views of the parklands, abundance of wildlife, green space and walking and cycling paths. All within a reasonable commute to Brisbane.

We can think of worse places to retire!
